The Strategic Projects team at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) is hiring a Strategic Initiatives Lead — a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting within the Office of the President. This person will own and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, working directly alongside our COO and senior leadership on the Institute’s most important operational priorities. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution and wants their work to have real institutional impact — in an organization whose mission is advancing science that matters.
